Rules anyone can read
A name, an age range, a sex, how often in months, when to start chasing, and the words in a visit reason that count as done.
Clinical / Recall
Small, readable rules — a yearly review for everyone over forty, a diabetic check every six months — find the patients who are due or overdue and have no booking, so they can be invited back.

What it does
A name, an age range, a sex, how often in months, when to start chasing, and the words in a visit reason that count as done.
A nightly check — or “Recalculate now” — sorts patients, and anyone with a matching appointment coming up stops being chased.
Age comes from the date of birth; anyone without one is left off age-limited rules rather than guessed at.
Texts go when somebody presses the button, most overdue first, at most once per patient in 90 days, and name no condition.
Excluding a patient needs a reason, and the nightly check never adds them back.
How it works
“Diabetic review, every six months, from 18.”
Due, overdue and already booked, recalculated every night.
One neutral text each, most overdue first.
What it needs
Every module switches on and off by itself, per clinic, with its own screens, permissions and audit trail.
Worth knowing
Rules are deliberately small rather than a query language; anything they cannot express belongs in Reports. Patients with no mobile number are flagged rather than invited.
The demo runs every module against an unmodified OpenEMR, with invented patients. Nothing to install and no sales call.
