Pricing

Per location, not per seat

Charging per user makes a practice ration the thing that creates the value. The front desk should be sending messages, not counting them.

Fourteen-day trial No setup fee Every security feature at every tier

Network

Unlimited locations

Everything, plus ambient notes, webhooks, per-location reporting and a named contact. The tier for a group that wants one number for the whole organisation.

Current prices are quoted per location per month and are set in conversation, because the honest answer depends on message volume and which country you are in. There is a fourteen-day trial and no setup fee.

The comparison that matters

How to think about the number

A practice seeing forty patients a day with a fifteen per cent no-show rate is losing more each month than any sensible subscription costs. That is the comparison worth making — not the comparison against what a server costs, which is a different purchase entirely.

We do not compete on hosted price. Someone will always run OpenEMR more cheaply than someone else, and that customer was never buying this.

Included everywhere

What is included at every tier

Your own database and key

Not a shared table. Backup, restore, export and deletion are single operations.

The full audit trail

Hash-chained, trigger-protected, and readable by you — including our staff's access.

Second factor for everyone

No tier where it can be turned off, because that is not a feature.

Your data on the way out

An export in a format you can read, on request, whether or not you are leaving happy.

Beyond the subscription

What costs extra

Messages beyond the allowance, at cost plus a small margin. A second EMR connector, quoted as integration work. On-premises deployment inside your own environment, which is supported and is a project rather than a subscription change.

Priced separately

  • Messages beyond the allowance — at cost plus a small margin
  • A second EMR connector — quoted as integration work
  • On-premises deployment — a project, not a plan change

Resellers

The part of the conversation you currently have to decline

If you already sell OpenEMR hosting or support, your customers are asking for this. Wholesale rates, your name on the product, one invoice a month.
