Four subjects
Appointments, referrals, reminders and payments, each with a fixed list of columns.
Practice / Reports
Pick a subject, the columns and the conditions, and get an answer nobody had to build a page for: urgent referrals by fax last quarter, no-shows by location. Anything outside the catalogue cannot be asked, by design.

What it does
Appointments, referrals, reminders and payments, each with a fixed list of columns.
Up to three conditions — is, is not, contains, before or after, at least or at most, empty or not — and a sort order. An unknown column stops the report rather than quietly dropping a filter.
Patient names cannot be chosen as a column; the appointments report gives a patient reference only.
CSV download is a separate permission and is recorded in the audit log as a patient-data export. Running a report is logged too.
Reports can be saved by name and run again later.
How it works
Appointments, referrals, reminders or payments.
From the catalogue, up to three conditions.
On screen, saved for later, or as a CSV.
What it needs
Every module switches on and off by itself, per clinic, with its own screens, permissions and audit trail.
Worth knowing
It lists matching rows — there are no totals or grouped counts yet — and stops at 500 rows on screen and in the CSV. Anything outside the catalogue cannot be asked, by design.
The demo runs every module against an unmodified OpenEMR, with invented patients. Nothing to install and no sales call.
